BOSU/Disc

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I took my one year old to see Gina after he fell off the couch and landed on his head, and me for a prenatal adjustment. She made us both feel so much better and so comfortable with the whole environment! She was great with my son and very informative about everything she did!"

  • "First time to Balanced Wellness. Just moved to Hamilton, MT from Bozeman and had this business recommended to us by our previous chiropractor. They were quick to get me set up with an appointment and the care provided was excellent. I was extremely pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing chiropractic care."
